Soldering & Lighting Techniques - Morning Session Instructor: Tim Kraft (A)

This is a hands-on class learning to solder, using hard wire and tape wire in a project. When, where, use and installation of LEDs. Students will receive a manual prepared by the instructor. Also included are tips on wiring and purchasing LEDs.
Each student receives a soldering iron, iron holder, solder, roll tape wire, power supply, tester, 2 LED light strips, practice board to learn how to solder and teacher has samples of several soldering methods that should be used when electrifying a project. They will learn how to solder and practice various techniques using a wood box 6" Wide x 7" Deep x 6" High.
EVERYTHING they receive in class for their hands-on experience is theirs to take home.
Students should bring: Scissors (inexpensive), and precision craft knife with #11 blade
