Petit Point vs. Needlepoint in Miniature

Friday Morning 8 am to 12 pm

Let's dive into wonderful world of Petit Point in miniature, understand the difference between needlepoint and petit point, learn everything you need to know about and how to use silk gauze, frames, what thread and needle to use, advantages and disadvantages of using different stitches on silk gauze. Students will practice Petit Point and Needlepoint stitches while working on this miniature pillow, finishing techniques will be discussed and shown.

Students need to bring: magnifier (if needed), additional light, small sharp scissors.
